RESERVATION TERMS
All rates subject to 11.42% Hawaii State GE/TA accommodations tax
Deposit of 3 nights is required within 14 days of confirmation to secure reservation.
Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival and 60 days prior to arrival for Christmas reservations.
Check out cleaning: $87 for one bedroom condo; $105 for two bedroom condo. Maid service available at additional charge.
Minimum stay of 4 nights.
All rates and taxes are subject to change.
Rates are per condominium, not per person.
Check in time is 3;00pm. Check out time is 11:00am.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For a deposit refund, less a $50.00 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
